At RDO, we deliver high-quality service workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on having a team of factory-trained and qualified technicians who undertake comprehensive training to ensure they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to perform high-quality repairs and maintenance. As part of our ongoing commitment, RDO now offer a Service Workmanship Guarantee as follows:

1. Guarantee Coverage: RDO guarantees that all standard repair services performed by RDO technicians will be free from defects in workmanship. This guarantee applies to any failure that occurs that is deemed to be a result of poor-quality workmanship within a period of 30 days or 250 hours (whichever occurs first) from the date of service.

2. Inclusions: This guarantee covers the following components and services:

  • Engine repairs and maintenance
  • Transmission repairs and maintenance
  • Hydraulic system repairs and maintenance
  • Electrical system repairs and maintenance
  • Routine maintenance services (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.)

3. Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear,
  • Re-used parts at the customer’s request
  • Damage caused by customer accident, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or repairs performed by non-RDO technicians
  • Freight, travel or transport relating to machine repairs
  • Consumable wear items (e.g., filters, fluids, belts)

4. Claim process: To make a claim under the guarantee, the customer must:

  • Contact RDO as soon as possible (but no later than 7 days) of discovering the issue.
  • Provide proof of purchase and service records.
  • Allow RDO to inspect the machine and verify the issue.

5. Remedies: If a defect covered by this guarantee is found, RDO will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component or service at no cost to the customer; or
  • Replace the defective component with a new or reconditioned part at its discretion; or
  • Refund the cost of the defective component or service.

7. Limitation of Liability: RDO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the equipment.
