  • A compact utility tractor is your ultimate all-rounder for your property. When equipped with the right attachments, a compact tractor can tackle a wide range of tasks, from seeding and spraying to trenching, mowing and post-hole digging. It is a truly versatile equipment with multiple talents. With a dozen of models and endless ways to put them to work, choosing the right compact utility tractor (CUT) can feel like a big decision, but you don’t have to make it alone.

Our team is here to help you find the perfect compact tractor. Start by thinking about what you’ll use your compact tractor for—mowing, digging, spraying, hauling, trenching, or all of the above.

    1 Series Sub-Compact Tractors

The 1 series are very popular with residential customers. It provides the perfect step up from a ride-on mower for those who need more capability for property maintenance, landscaping, and light-duty material handling. Compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, the 1 Series is ideal for smaller acreages.

    2 Series Compact Tractors

Often referred to as the ultimate compact landscaper, the John Deere 2 series compact tractors gains extra performance while remaining compact in size. With increased size, power, and performance, these tractors offer higher lifting and towing capacities, making them ideal for handling heavier loads and more demanding property maintenance tasks. Designed for larger acreages and properties with greater upkeep requirements, the 2 Series is well suited to landscaping projects, material handling, mowing, earthmoving, and general maintenance.

    3 Series Compact Tractors

The 3 series tractors are built for hobby farmers, larger property owners and landscaping businesses who need a tractor that can handle demanding tasks without compromising manoeuvrability. Typically, it’s not necessary if you’re just doing basic property maintenance like mowing lawn and lifting logs or fallen branches from nearby trees.

    4 Series Compact Tractors

The John Deere 4 Series represents the most powerful and largest small-frame utility tractors in the John Deere compact tractor range. Designed for operators who need serious performance, these tractors are ideal for demanding landscaping, light farming, property maintenance, and construction applications. They are often a good addition to commercial fleets looking for a versatile landscaping, forestry and construction tool. If you are a consumer who regularly performs large-scale property maintenance, whether it’s farming and ranching duties, or something else, consider the 4 Series.
