3041E has a turbocharged engine which provides better response in fluctuating load conditions, improves fuel efficiency. More complete combustion reduces fuel wastage & saves fuel while doing heavy work.

The 3041E is equipped with an engine oil cooler, which helps maintain the engine oil at an optimal operating temperature. This enhances engine longevity, improves overall performance, and ensures reliable durability under demanding operating conditions.

Car-like on/off key provision

An electric fuel shutoff mechanism, operated by a solenoid on the injection pump, enables engine shutdown via a key rather than a push-pull cable. This system eliminates the possibility of bypass starting; any attempt to start the tractor through electronic means will be prevented by the electric fuel shutoff, thereby ensuring the engine remains inoperative.

Coolant overflow reservoir tank

The overflow reservoir automatically maintains the level of coolant in the radiator, thus ensuring optimum engine temperature, and longer engine life.

The transparent container makes it easy to spot the coolant level.

Radiator with perforated protection screen

The tractor’s cooling system features a fan and a radiator with a quick-attach perforated protection screen. This screen reduces dust/chaff entering the radiator, helps in quick clearing and improve machine uptime during the peak season.

Dry-type air filter with dual element

These tractors are equipped with a dry-type air filter. The dual filter element provides 99.9 percent purified air before it reaches the engine, thereby extending engine longevity.

Servicing and maintenance are straightforward.

An air restriction sensor on the dashboard notifies the operator when the filter becomes clogged due to dust via an air restriction indicator. The filter is conveniently accessible upon opening the hood, allowing for efficient servicing and minimising downtime.

Water separator

The water separator removes water from fuel, protecting the injection pump and extending the life of the fuel system.

The drivetrain features a standard 8F/8R synchro-shift transmission with collar-shift speed and range gears, optimised for power and torque using a single dry clutch. Enhanced durability is achieved through top-shaft lubrication, helical gears, and carbon-lined synchronisers, reducing operational costs.

FNR Interlock- Enhance safety in operating forward reverse FNR lever

• FNR lever movement from Neutral to Forward/Reverse are allowed only when the clutch pedal is pressed.
• However, shifting from Forward or Reverse to Neutral does not require clutch pedal operation.

The hydraulic system of the 3E Series delivers ample flow to operate hydraulic implements, The pump is designed to facilitate smooth steering, even while utilising hydraulic attachments. 25LPM optional heavy duty hyd. pump

The 540-rpm PTO runs at 2500 engine rpm, while 540E is achieved at 1925 engine rpm for light-load attachments. A mechanical lever on the left side easily controls PTO engagement.

The neutral safety switch prevents starting when the PTO lever is engaged, and a shield covers the PTO shaft for bystander safety. Operating in 540E mode cuts fuel costs, reduces noise and vibration, and increases operator comfort and productivity.

The lift links can be moved sideways for better positioning.

The right lift link can be adjusted without any tools, making it easier to level out implements. You can also use adjustable sway chains to align and adjust attachments as needed.

The open-centre hydraulic system delivers ample flow to operate various hydraulic implements. Using standard hydraulic oil, the system provides a lift capacity of 910 kg matching the competition.

Position control

The 3E series tractor’s position control enables precise adjustment of the 3-point hitch. Using the position lever, you can easily lift attached implements. Position control ensures secure holding and smooth raising or lowering of implements.

Hydrostatic power steering facilitates consistent and reliable manoeuvrability, enabling the operator to concentrate on operational tasks rather than directional control.

Power steering delivers optimal performance and efficiency across all working environments with minimal exertion. It is particularly advantageous for wet-land applications.
