Wrap (Tama)
ITEM 1 PRICING
- Minimum one pallet per order (NO SPLIT PALLETS)
- All pricing is listed Excluding GST
- Freight paid to dealership branches for one pallet plus per delivery.
- Freight paid on farm for 6 pallets plus per delivery (Conditions apply, refer to Item 2).

ITEM 2 RAMP DOWN
- Cancellation / reduction to order quantities can be made up to, but no shorter than, two weeks prior to requested delivery period.
- For on-farm deliveries, if the change made to the order results in less than 6 pallets minimum, then the order defaults to a Dealership Branch delivery.
- Ramp Down Option is not applicable for Option Four.
ITEM 3 RAMP UP – BACK AGAIN FOR 2025
- Ramp up option allows customers to order 15% of their Option1/Option2 and Option 3* order at the original invoiced price.
- In order to qualify for the volume discount, dealers must include customer contact details on all initial orders.
- For in season orders to be added to a customer total, dealers must include original customer details and reference any previous order number’s.

ITEM 4 ON FARM 6 PALLET MINIMUM PER DELIVERY
- Property must be accessible by Tama nominated B Double transport.
- Property must have adequate mechanical lifting devices to unload pallets from the truck.
- Customers or their appointed representatives must unload the truck and sign Proof of Delivery Docket (POD).
- Any damages or defects relating to freight must be recorded at this time and reported to RDO within three business days.
- Additional Freight charges will be applied if freighter is unable to unload due to customer actions.
- Required information is minimum two GPS locations from Google Maps of the delivery address. UHF/CB radio channels are also advisable. The more information the better.
ITEM 5 FREIGHT & STORAGE
- All TamaWrap® logistics and freight will be handled by Simon National Carriers.
- TamaWrap® storage is in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Townsville and Darwin.
- All freight paid for by Tama Australia in accordance with the 2024/25 Program, must be organised and approved by Tama Australia.
ITEM 6 SERVICE REQUEST PROCEDURE
- Tama run a Service Request App for the recording and management of any service issue which arises during the Program season. See pages 20/21.
Spindle Cleaner & Spindle Grease
- Orders for pre-season and deferred payment need to be submitted no later than 6 January 2025 for delivery between February – May 2025.
- For delivery before February 2025, order must be placed by 18 December 2024.
- Pre-season orders need to be collected from RDO Equipment branch in nominated month or it will be delivered on-farm that month if you meet minimum requirements.
- Payment is due on the 25th day of the following month. A late fee will apply if not paid on time.
- Deferred payment option is due on 20 June 2025.
- Ramp Down (6G/G6 and 8G/G8 Program) Ramp Down allows customers (if needed) the ability to modify order quantities from the 6G/G6 April delivery and 8G/G8 May delivery program. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after COB 14 March 2025.
- In-Season prices may vary from now to time of order.

ITEM 1 CUSTOMER PROPERTY DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
- Must order a minimum of 3 pallets as per Included Parts table. This can be a combination of products but must adhere to the Included Parts table.
- The customer MUST have a forklift and a licensed operator at the time of delivery. Property must be accessible by B-Double truck.
- Each on-farm delivery must be on separate orders.
ITEM 2 DAMAGE
In the event of a shipment arriving with damage to the product, please complete the following:
- Damage must be noted by the customer, or their representative, on the consignment note at the time of delivery.
- Customer must advise the dealer within one business day.
