John Deere’s latest advancements in smarter, more sustainable solutions for golf and sports turf managers are coming to Australia, with the release of the 2775 E-Cutâ„¢ Electric Triplex Mower.
Designed for greens, tees, fairways, approaches and surrounds, the 2775 E-Cut Electric Triplex Mower rounds out the John Deere line-up of fully electric models, that includes the 185 E-Cut and 225 E-Cut Electric Walk Behind Greens Mowers.
The 2775 E-Cut Electric Triplex Mower builds on the proven chassis of the John Deere PrecisionCut™ and E-Cut Hybrid Triplex Mowers, offering a reliable, hydraulic-free solution that eliminates the risk of hydraulic leaks while maintaining the performance and precision that customers expect from John Deere.
Powered by a 4-battery, 58-volt, 14.24 kwh MAX power pack, the mower delivers electric power to the traction, steering, lift/lower and mow circuits. The 1200-watt offboard charger recharges the batteries in 12 hours or less, allowing operators to mow more than 22 greens on a single charge.
The innovative, industry-exclusive Whisper Linkâ„¢ lift/lower system operates silently, using a flexible link design powered by integrated smart motors. Whisper Link offers precise control over lift and lower rates, as well as timing, while providing the same exceptional contour-following performance that has made John Deere’s 2700/2750 Triplex Mowers so popular.
The 2775 E-Cut Electric Triplex Mower seamlessly integrates with John Deere Modular Telematics Gateway solutions and is fully connected to the John Deere Operations Center™ PRO Golf software package, enabling golf course superintendents to access advanced data and real-time insights into mower performance.
Making it an easy and cost-effective choice, the mower is compatible with a wide range of existing 2700/2750 Triplex Mower attachments, including Quick-Adjust 5 cutting units, LED light kits, grass catchers, and more, to enable customers to transition to electric-powered equipment without sacrificing precision and performance.
John Deere Australia and New Zealand Marketing Manager Small Ag & Turf, Erin Wagstaff, said the 2775 E-Cut Electric Triplex Mower ticked all the boxes for innovative, sustainable performance.
“At John Deere, we continue to develop sustainable, efficient models to benefit our customers and the environment, and these new electric-powered options are designed to help golf course superintendents and turf managers reduce their carbon footprint, lower operational costs and enhance their productivity,” Ms Wagstaff said.
“The electric system eliminates hydraulic leaks, lower their maintenance costs and reduce emissions, all while delivering the reliability and performance John Deere is known for.”
The 2775 E-Cut Electric Triplex Mower is now available to order from Australian John Deere Golf dealerships 1 October, 2026.
