From her first experience with a dusty old John Deere 4440 back in 2008 to now pursuing an apprenticeship with RDO Equipment in St George, Tiffiny Kajewski has come a long way.
Starting as a receptionist at the local dealership in 2012, she grew her knowledge of John Deere machinery and the ag industry. Today, as a Parts Interpreter and second-year apprentice, she’s proud to be a role model for her children and other women considering a career in agriculture.

Just 18 months ago, Tracy Hogan had never been near farm machinery, but today she’s thriving as a Parts Interpreter at RDO Equipment in Emerald, QLD.
With a background in aviation parts and service, Tracy brought with her a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for agriculture. Since relocating from Mount Isa, she’s embraced every challenge, proving that with curiosity, determination, and hard work, no goal is out of reach.

In the wake of the recent floods, the strength and resilience of the Taree community has been truly inspiring. At RDO Equipment Taree, we’re proud to be part of this community — and we’re here to help in any way we can.
Over the past few days, our team has been on the ground, helping customers move hay bales and supporting recovery efforts wherever needed. It’s been a team effort, and we’re grateful to be able to contribute during such a challenging time. You may have seen a few of those moments in the photos we’ve shared.
We’re also pleased to share that our branch is now fully operational, and our field service technicians are back on the road, ready to support our customers.
To further assist the community, we’re providing a tractor and a vacuum excavator truck, arriving Monday, for community use. These are available subject to availability, and we encourage anyone who needs a hand to reach out.

TRP (Truck and Trailer Parts) is PACCAR’s trusted second-line parts brand, providing reliable, cost-effective parts for all makes of trucks, trailers, and buses — including Kenworth, DAF, and more.
This expansion is a win for the Parkes region, a key transport and agricultural hub. The new TRP store means faster service, less downtime, and better access to essential parts for local operators — all backed by the expertise of Inland Truck Centres and the broader RDO network.

We are closed today and tomorrow (6-7 September) busily preparing for our first official day of opening at the new facility on Monday, 9 September, at 28 Witmack Road, Wellcamp.
We welcome Toowoomba customers to a 72,000sqm state-of-the-art facility with over 11,000sqm under roof, including a 6,462sqm workshop boasting four cranes, an oil and coolant distribution system and a reticulated air system; a 1,697sqm auxiliary building boasting a heated paint booth and self-cleaning wash bay system; and a 1,123sqm parts warehouse.
Our agricultural, turf, construction and @vermeeraustralia customers will find the parts, service and support for all that they need, supported by 150 team members onsite.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in this build and move. It’s been a tremendous effort and well worth the wait to deliver the Toowoomba region RDO’s largest dealership globally.
